Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Foreman Position type: Full-time Contract to Hire Duration: 3 months contract to hire Location: Kent, WA Pay Range: $22/hr - $25/hr As a Foreman you will: Job Responsibilities: Install various office furniture products, following blueprints and floor plans. Supervise and manage a field crew of up to 40 during installations and moves. Ensure proper utilization of equipment, tools, and labor. Support staging, de-trashing, final clean-ups, and other related tasks. Demonstrate leadership by working independently or managing a crew. Enforce company policies and procedures during projects. Report installation issues to Project Manager and Installation Manager. Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with specifications. Train and assist inexperienced installers. Complete required paperwork accurately and on time. Communicate effectively with team members and customers. Contribute to project walkthroughs and labor planning. Operate company vehicles safely and maintain cleanliness. Comply with safety instructions and procedures. Qualifications: Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure. Proficiency in using hand and/or power tools. Knowledge of office furniture systems. Strong communication skills with customers and team members. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Capacity to follow directions, both written and verbal. Additional Must Haves: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules. Physical ability to lift and move items of varying weights. Compliance with background check and drug screening requirements. Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
