Position Summary Contributes to the mission of Goodwill by helping to lead a Goodwill retail location, donation site and in store production facility. In the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager directs the work tasks of associates assigned to the facility to meet store goals. Responsible for running the store operations in the absence of the store and assistant manager, this includes but is not limited to front end and production area activities. 2.
