General Description of Position: Under the supervision of the Operations Center Director, center-based Family Support Specialists provide comprehensive and integrated family support services to families enrolled in the program that they support.They work to identify the needs of the children that they support and work with families to help them achieve developmental milestones both at school and at home. Qualifications and Skills: Bilingual in Spanish/English required.An associate or higher degree with the equivalent of thirty college quarter credits of adult education, human development, human services, family support, social work, or related field.
