Our combination of talent and experience generates unprecedented solutions for diverse and iconic projects around the globe. Pennoni is currently seeking an Associate Landscape Architect to assist on multi-discipline public & private site development projects while based at our office in Philadelphia, PA. This position will primarily support Project Landscape Architects with the development of design, permitting, and construction plans (for both land development and municipal projects). Primary Responsibilities:Prepare land development documentation.Review landscape plans and coordinate planning services.Contribute to the preparation of site plans, grading plans, utility plans, stormwater management reports, erosion and sediment control plans, construction details, and applications.Perform limited field inspection (as needed).Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed.  Basic Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (or a related field of study).2+ years of professional experience working in Landscape Architecture with land development projects. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with all phases of residential, commercial, institutional, and public projects, including entitlements, permitting, construction documents, and construction liaisonExperience contributing to large-scale master planning projects (especially with developing detailed construction plans as well as site / grading / planting plans) is a plus!Proficiency with MS-Office 365 (e.g.:  Outlook, Excel, & Word) is expected; expertise with relevant design & CADD software tools (e.g.:  AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Cloud, LandFX, etc.) is a plus!Experience with modeling programs (e.g.:  Sketchup, Lumion, and/or Revit).Working knowledge of ArcGIS.Ability to work in an energetic & challenging environment on a variety of projects.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). If interested, please submit your Resume and Design Portfolio (preferably with samples of detailed technical projects) for immediate consideration!  Why Work With Us?At our core, we recognize that the unique qualities of our Pennoni individuals are essential for innovation and growth as a whole.
