Flad is a team of creative, intelligent, energetic people who help our clients tackle the issues that change people’s lives.How will your days be spentActively assist project leadership with technical planning and execution of projects from inception to completion on schedule and within budget.Direct, mentor, and review work of team members and/or consultants to support development of construction details and specifications.Conduct peer reviews of project documents at various phases of completion; review drawings for all design disciplines for coordination and quality control.Guide and prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documents, develop solutions, and work directly with clients and consultants.Actively participate in and sometimes lead client presentations and/or meetings, presenting ideas and solutions.What you bring to this roleExperience:Minimum eight years of architectural experience, working with multi-disciplinary teams on relevant projects required. Healthcare project experience preferred. Experience with one of Flad's market segments preferred.Portfolio that demonstrates a high level of skill in design thinking and presentation media required.Software:Proficiency in Revit and Rhino and/or SketchUp required.Experience with AutoCAD, 3D rendering software, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.Education:Professional degree in architecture required.Professional registration required.Sustainability accreditation preferred.Interested candidates should submit samples along with their resume.
