As a fully licensed and experienced counselor, the Counselor II in the Youth and Adult Counseling (YAC) program provides strengths-based, trauma-informed individual, couples, group and/or family counseling as appropriate to the assigned program. This full time, exempt position earns a competitive starting pay rate ranging from $68,592.52-$74,586.04 depending upon experience.
