Education and Experience Requirements 5+ years of related professional experience in Project Management and civil engineering/land development. Registered Arizona Professional Engineer (PE), or ability to obtain via reciprocity. Education: bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or related field, from an accredited university or college.
