**Job Title: Flexographic Print Rewind Specialist****Job Summary:**As a Flexographic Print Rewind Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the conversion of prime labels using traditional flexographic print rewind techniques. This role also includes light shipping duties, making it a dynamic position that requires a versatile skill set.**Key Responsibilities:**- Operate label rewinder to produce jobs according to specific client requirements.- Prepare machines for the slitting and rewinding process, ensuring optimal performance.- Load substrate materials, install necessary tooling, and rewind press rolls.- Ensure that print quality, die cutting precision, and label count meet the specified standards.- Web press rolls through the rewinder, adjusting feed and tension controls for optimal output.- Conduct rigorous quality control checks of labels to maintain high standards.- Perform regular cleaning and oiling of the rewinder, along with minor repairs, to ensure smooth operation.- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maintain machine longevity.- Spend approximately 25% of your time preparing items for shipment, scheduling shipments, and coordinating with shippers to ensure timely delivery of products.**Requirements:**- Prior experience as a Rewind Operator or similar role within the printing industry.- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.- Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving capabilities.- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.- Physical strength and stamina must be capable of lifting rewound rolls up to 25 lbs.- Experience in shipping procedures is a plus.**Education Requirements:**High School Diploma or equivalent**Job Type:**Full-time**Compensation:**$17.50 - $22.00 per hour**Benefits:**- 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching- Comprehensive dental insurance- Flexible spending account for healthcare expenses- Employer-paid health insurance- Generous paid time off policy- Incentive/Bonus Program for exceptional performance**Work Schedule:**Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with a four-day work week (Monday-Thursday), working 10-hour shifts.
