The Construction Manager manages all OSPC CAPEX (up to $15M), and OPEX budgets, (up to $5M), in assigned areas. This position controls the OSP material inventory levels in multiple warehouses to remain in accordance with corporate guidelines and SOX compliance. The job holder of this position is on call 24x7x365 days ready to respond to service outages and is among the first responders for emergency OSP events.
