Glumac , a Tetra Tech Company, is seeking an ICT Discipline Lead to join our growing Technology Integration Team.The applicant's location is flexible with options to work in-person, hybrid, or fully remote, but must be located in the US.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ICT Discipline Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Technology, Audiovisual (AV), and/or Security Design, coupled with extensive managerial experience. As our ICT Discipline Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) projects, from proposal writing to project execution. Your primary objectives will include staffing, maintaining quality standards, providing mentorship and training, developing talent, establishing and refining processes and standards, and fostering a culture of growth and innovation. A successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, technical competency, and a proven track record in technology design. A Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification is required, with preference given to candidates holding additional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), or Smart Building Certificate. A growth mindset, combined with at least 15 years of relevant experience, is essential for this role.Salary Range: $165,000 - $180,000The base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
