As a Safety and Security Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our students and staff, creating a learning environment that promotes personal development. Responsibilities: Security Oversight: Implement and oversee security measures to safeguard the campus, including monitoring access, conducting regular patrols, and responding to security incidents. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans, conduct drills, and provide training to staff and students on safety procedures. Crisis Management: Act as a point of contact during crises, coordinating with local authorities, and ensuring the safety and evacuation of individuals when necessary. Security Awareness: Promote a culture of safety and security awareness among students and staff through training programs and communication initiatives. Incident Reporting: Document and report security incidents, conduct investigations when required, and provide recommendations for improvements. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address safety concerns, provide support for events, and contribute to a collaborative and secure campus environment.
