Represent the Company and Culligan brand professionally, knowledgeably, and positively at all times. Check truck each day before leaving the warehouse to ensure it is loaded correctly and with adequate product to complete the scheduled route. Complete all deliveries on route as scheduled, being sure to complete the route every day without skipping customer stops. Complete all ‘will-call’ tickets no later than the business day following the customer request. Customer Agreements and Route Sheets must be filled out completely, accurately, and legibly. Perform payment collection from customers and promptly turn in customer payments and daily activity sheets to the office staff at the completion of each workday. Adhere to the proper utilization of handheld palm units, while entering accurate information concerning the customer and abiding by all rules concerning its use. Conduct self in positive and cooperative tone with both customers and coworkers. Meet or exceed minimum requirements as defined by the Company Position Expectations and Minimum Requirements, with route completion rate to remain above 85% each month. Maintain vehicle, including cleanliness of both the interior and exterior, letting manager know immediately if there is damage or if routine maintenance is needed. Comply with any and all applicable water treatment vendor laws and regulations as well as Company policy and practices at all times. Position Summary Receive, store and issue building materials, equipment and other items from stockroom, warehouse and/or storage yard. Maintain records and collects stock reports. Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pack, unpack and store items to be stocked in an orderly and accessible manner for the warehouse, tool and supply rooms, storage yards and warehouses. Deliver or route items to departments using a power industrial truck and or drive a motor vehicle.Receive and count stock items and mark them. Record date manually or using computer and using ID tags, stamps, electronic marking tools, or other labeling.Determine proper storage methods, Identifications and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors and physical capabilities of facilities. Dispose of damaged or defective items or return to vendors.Verify inventory computations by physical counts and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors. Examine and inspect items for wear or defect, damages, shortages or nonconformance to specifications to supervisor. Maintain equipment storage areas to ensure that inventory is protected.Confer with purchasing personnel and vendors regarding stock procurement and availability.
