The Product Specialist will develop expertise in this product line by providing the second level of support after support desk escalation. They will focus on timely resolution and proper escalation to engineering. They may also help more experienced teammates measure and optimize the user experience by identifying and communicating the top support issues, and providing recommendations backed by data for how to address them to improve the user experience.
