The Product Operations Coordinator will work to develop strong working knowledge of how IDC's fact sheets are created and processed in preparation for the company's new fiscal year, as well as how various departments within IDC work together to update our worldwide research offerings for clients. ResponsibilitiesWork with the Product Operations team and worldwide research analysts to help facilitate the updating of existing fact sheet content.Interact with IDC's Content Management System to ensure the proper processing of fact sheets.Maintain status reports to ensure all fact sheets are completed within the timeframe necessary.Monitor all fact sheets to ensure they are posted properly on IDC.com Ensure analyst profile information is complete for all fact sheets displayed on IDC's website.Update a master slide deck of all US/WW fact sheets for the Marketing/Sales team.Assist the Corporate Product Operations team with miscellaneous product planning activities in preparation for the start of the new fiscal year.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong attention to detail and writing skills.Excellent organizational skills; with the ability to track and maintain multiple documents in different stages.Outstanding follow through skills.
