Our ideal candidate for a VDC Specialist will be someone who has 3 + years of experience in a similar role.Primary responsibilities for iENG's VDC Specialist include:Working efficiently with REVIT, Navisworks and BIM 360 Suite software to translate mechanical design (HVAC, Piping, and Plumbing systems) in the preparation of construction documents.Coordinating incoming architectural, structural, electrical and civil engineering plans and models with our mechanical drawings and models.Providing fabrication and field support with coordination design and drawings.Creating spooling drawings from HVAC Designs.Coordinating HVAC Designs with other trades in 3D.Primary Qualification's for iENG's VDC Specialist include:Field experience and/or a technical degree is preferred.CAD software knowledge including the following: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to read and understand mechanical and engineering documents.Familiarity with BIM standards and guidelines.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong work ethic and ability to work well with both a team and independently with minimal supervisions.Ability to work within an environment with deadlines, and when tasked with multiple duties your attention to detail stays consistent.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:Employee Stock Ownership ProgramExperience Based SalaryDiscretionary Annual Bonus'Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401k with Discretionary Company ContributionsPaid Time Off (Vacation; Sick Time)Flexible Work ScheduleGym ReimbursementsDIVERSITY:Our commitment to diversity and inclusion starts with us.
