As a Sr. HR Business Partner, you will contribute toward the development, delivery and measurement of impactful talent & organizational transformation strategies in collaboration with other HRBPs, People Team CoE leaders and key stakeholders. In addition to providing strategic HR guidance to leaders and teams, you will be a key leader in our Mountain View / SF office engagement efforts, and as a member of the Yahoo People team, you will have the opportunity to contribute toward key HR transformation work streams that are foundational to the future of Yahoo. Qualifications: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR partnering, performance management and transformational change.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Experience with executing high volume employee lifecycle transactions independently and with sound judgment.Self achieving, delivering work with quality, expertise, action and impact.Experience in leading office site operations and managing cross-functional teams.Passion for learning and adopting consumer and productivity emerging technologies with the aim to drive innovation and excellence throughout the organization.Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to effectively simplify complex concepts to various audiences.Proven ability to build relationships across the organization and drive collaboration.Domain expertise and the ability to lead others by example.
