Required Experiences and Competencies Licensed physician as a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency through an accredited residency program required. Maintain membership and privileges on Hospital's medical staff and comply with and abide by the bylaws, rules and regulations, and the policies and procedures of Hospital's medical staff where services are being provided required. Average of 30/hours of coverage daily for both Physicians and APC; staffing changes made for seasonal fluctuations in PEDs census. 1.8 patients per hour daily. EMR is Cerner. Pediatric Trauma Center ACS Level 2; Arizona State Level 1. Level 3 NICU. 24-bed PICU with 2 in-house Intensivists available 24/7. All subspecialties are available.
