Our Memphis, TN facility is looking for an E&I Maintenance Technician to add to it's growing team. Our Team Our E&I Technicians are required to be current holders of a Shelby County TN Journeyman Electrical license or to attain one within 1 year of hire date. They must attain all GP N10 qualifications within 18 months of hire date. They must be available to work overtime and call-ins to meet the needs of the business. The starting pay for this role is $35.33/hr. This position works rotating 10 and 12 hour shifts, both days and nights , per the needs of the site. What You Will Do DCS, PLC, HMI troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and new install Conduit and wire repair, replacement and new install Electrical equipment/circuit troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and new install Motor troubleshooting, replacement, and new install Instrumentation troubleshooting, calibration, replacement, and new install Control Valve troubleshooting, calibration, replacement, rebuild and new install Electrical Distribution Switchgear operation, troubleshooting, breaker replacement Operate HV switches Controls Communication Networks troubleshooting, repair and replacement Troubleshoot production process problems using DCS, PLC and Process data software Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) High School diploma or GED Successful completion of an electrical apprenticeship program, i.e. NECA and IBEW 4 years working as a Journeyman Electrician after completion of apprenticeship NFPA 70E Trained Experience operating mobile equipment, e.g.; Forklift, Manlift, Utility Carts, etc. What Will Put You Ahead Experience as a Journeyman Electrician/E&I Tech in a pulp and paper mill Experience in a Preventive, Predictive, Planned and Scheduled maintenance environmentAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs. Manage the clinic's inventory and order supplies to maintain cost effective clinical operations. Perform quality control on instrumentation as scheduled. Keep nursing knowledge current by attending ongoing nursing (NP) education seminars. Provide coverage for other clinics in the region as needed, and as assigned by the regional management.
