Position Title: Plastic Surgery Director (PSD) - Metro Northeast Area (New York and New Jersey) Position OverviewThe Plastic Surgery Director – PSD is the regional plastic surgery sales specialist, driving penetration of TELA Bio’s product portfolio into plastic and reconstructive surgery, and complex abdominal wall applications. The primary responsibility of the PSD is to deliver the regional sales number through a specific focus on plastic surgeons. The PSD will carry a sales quota associated with a region that is weighted towards TELA BIO product usage in plastic surgery. The PSD is also a clinical expert who will collaborate across functions including Sales, Medical Education, Clinical, R&D and other departments. The PSD will develop key relationships with plastic surgery thought leaders and support new product introductions across TELA Bio’s current and future product portfolio.
