We have been getting traction with coverage here for perms, but are working through some non-compete issues and will likely not be able to start everyone right away, so we'll need coverage for locums.We also have a daily slot for a person who is CARDIAC CAPABLE. They have very little Cardiac volume (roughly 115 cases of Cardiac/Thoracic/Vascular combined with only half of those as true cardiac cases) but we have to have someone that is willing to do 70-80% General and 20-30% Cardiac. They are on a back up call every night for General and Cardiac. Currently they're covering that with two Cardiac docs working every other week. I basically just need coverage because neither of those two are going to be staying. The Cardiac need is the most urgent and the most "solid" for a long term opening. Fellowship is NOT required.The model is 6 MDs in General, 1 in CV (and one CRNA in OB 7a-3p).We need General MD Coverage (CALL IS REQUIRED) starting August 26th and open endedWe need Cardiac MD Coverage (call daily) starting August 26th and open endedThey use PAPER in the OR - but the hospital is on Cerner so they will have remote online training available for when staff is on the floor in OB, etc.Special Skill Emphasis?
