Our client, an industry leader in their space, is looking to hire a UX Designer on a long-term contract basis. This role has potential to convert to permanent for the right candidate.Responsibilities:This person will be responsible for designing user experiences, user interfaces and visuals for native and responsive web platformsWork alongside UX designers, researchers, engineers and product managers to ensure that we're solving the right problem, the right wayThis person will work within client UX / UI Kit and brand style guide to deliver high quality, polished user interface designs, assets and specsConduct design reviews and confidently communicate decision-making rationale to team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organizationCoordinate and partner with engineering to handoff designs, provide specifications and QA support through to launchRequired Qualifications:3+ years as a UX, UI, interaction, or product designer with a focus on user centered designStrong portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving with excellent attention to detail, mastery of typography, color, iconography and spacingPreferred Qualifications:* Demonstrable experience designing for both web (desktop, mobile) and native (iOS, Android) platforms is a must!!* 3+ years experience producing designs for large-scale, enterprise products in an agile environment* Experience with iOS and/or UX/UI guidelines and patterns* Expert knowledge working with Figma, Sketch and InvisionApply today to be considered for this opportunity!Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
