Overview The Cloud Operations (CloudOps/DevOps) Engineer augments the symplr Engineering, DevOps, and IT Operations teams by focusing on expediting and improving technology solutions/services to enhance business value. This position comes with a basic systems/networking background, with a focus on automation, allowing them to integrate application delivery mechanisms with established systems to reduce time for software delivery, increase operational visibility, and enhance overall system stability.The CloudOps Engineer will focus on the management of critical applications and sub-systems in a SaaS hosted environment. This role will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and constant monitoring of these applications, and working collaboratively with a team of Architects, Engineers, QA personnel, IT personnel and Business Analysts to perform the tasks listed below.
