***This will be a hybrid role based in Hoffman Estates, IL***The Sr. Systems Analyst - Merchandising Systems is responsible for providing support and monitoring of existing systems at Claire's, contributing to and leading small parts of the implementation of new systems, guiding the maturation / evolution of those systems over time as the business changes, and mentoring junior-level associates. They have a good understanding of both technical aspects and functional usage of systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
