Notify customer as soon as material is ready to ship and provide shipping documents. Deliver accurate and timely BOLs to Shipping Department. Schedule trucks for those customers who do not make their own shipping arrangements. Bill completed sales orders and/or confirm accuracy of invoices.  Assists their manager in reconciling the physical inventory discrepancies. Provide exceptional support to both external and internal customers. Continuously works toward customer satisfaction. Participates as needed in special department projects.
