Primary Responsibilities Assist in implementation of the chosen project management software (Microsoft Planner/Project, Asana, or Smartsheet). Learn the features of the software and assist the implementation team in developing the plan for configuration, training, and rollout. Manage enterprise-level maintenance, including monitoring and managing all upgrades and/or new installations. Develop and maintain processes and documentation with other members of the PMO and IT on ongoing preventative maintenance, best practices, SOPs etc. Work with IT, finance and other departments as needed to enable integration or data exchange with other software tools and financial data.
