The LSM Processing Operator will perform all jobs throughout the Processing Line to provide direction, communication and support to all the line associates and leadership in order to meet line requirements.The LSM Processing Operator Processing Operator will safely and efficiently make LifeSaver mints. The LSM Processing Operator is responsible for operating automated and/or manual manufacturing equipment used to produce mints following the established manufacturing procedures and prescribed formulas with exactness. They will complete two-hour quality checks while also maintaining production targets in processing. The job exists to fulfil customer requirements for all LifeSaver mints. Operators are also responsible for on time and accurate hourly quality checks, escalation for downtime, and maintenance of equipment.
