OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Quality Analyst (Mobile Applications) in our Chandler, AZ location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership of quality assurance activities for complex features within Garmin consumer products and/or software in a team-oriented environment. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this search assignment. The company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, Annual bonus and Stock/RSU's. Candidates must reside in the Phoenix metro area. For out of state candidates, there is a relocation package available. In this role, the Senior PLM Teamcenter Architect will be architecting new systems and improvements to existing systems the company's Engineering and R&D teams. This position is Hybrid Remote.Responsibilities: Take ownership with end-to-end architecting of technical solutions for engineering and business teams, including gathering and documenting technical and functional user requirements, designing systems, and supporting implementation/adoption of those systems Play a key role in the enhancement and future development of the company's worldwide PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), PPM, and CAD/CAM environments Proactively recommend system improvements based on known challenges or anticipated future state of the business Work with customers and be adept at gathering and documenting technical and functional user requirements, work well with other technical internal teams and end users, and be able to deliver scalable solutions Assist with data architecture and data migration activities Help architect solutions to system change requests Help business owners document/maintain/update their workflows based on current/future system configurations Support UVT and UAT testing alongside business owners Support customer training activities Support business readiness and change management activities prior to go-live Support end user go-live and ongoing support activities Mentor and help develop junior architects and analystsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar field At least 9-15+ years or more of technical experience; 5+ years designing systems as a lead engineer or business/functional/enterprise architect At least 2-5+ years of end-to-end Teamcenter PLM implementation and architecture experience Must also have a range of experience with other scalable systems; They have multiple systems; SAP, Oracle, etc. Extensive experience working with deployed and implemented ERP and PLM systems in a manufacturing and product-centric environment Industry experience in high volume manufacturing, logistics, and/or supply chain areas Experience mentoring team members Experience working in regulated industries such as Medical Device, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Consumer Electronics, Electronic Manufacturing or similar Knowledge and experience with strategic business process modeling Will have architecture responsibilities beyond Team Center implementation experience This is a hands-on technical Architect Demonstrated track record of designing scalable systems Demonstrated track record of requirement analysis and management, including converting functional requirements to technical requirements Successful completion of at least a few PLM and/or related Engineering tools and/or system deployments and implementations in an enterprise environment Strong oral and written communication skills Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Ability to lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects Experience architecting, installing, and managing a large-scale hybrid cloud environment is preferred Experience with High Performance Computing (HPC) a plus, particularly configuration management with xCAT, Puppet, and/or Ansible is a plus Experience optimizing HPC workloads is a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
