The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will play a key role in optimizing vendor selection and contracting processes to ensure competitive rates and optimal value. Working closely with business and support units, the Analyst will execute the Strategic Sourcing process, managing contracts typically valued between $1m and $10m.Responsibilities:Collaborate with business and support units to identify vendor requirements and secure optimal vendors at competitive rates.Lead cross-functional project teams for major sourcing initiatives, ensuring alignment, and support from stakeholders.Develop and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and/or Requests for Information (RFIs) to facilitate vendor evaluations and negotiations.Document sourcing recommendations and outcomes, highlighting achieved savings and operational impacts for review by executive management.Support business units in navigating Third-Party Risk Management Program to ensure vendor compliance and approval prior to contract execution.Analyze procurement trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities to relevant stakeholders.Ensure compliance with internal control standards, regulatory requirements, and address audit findings promptly.Requirements:Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of demonstrated financial and/or business experience.
