We are seeking a talented and passionate Shopify Front End UX/UI Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end code for all our Shopify Stores & their respective blogs, landing pages and other customer facing digital content, ensuring they deliver a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.This person must have a keen eye and attention to detail, caring for every pixel displayed on every device that customers use to interact with our brands. You must be thoughtful and diligent in your work, ensuring the best customer experience, even as far as challenging inconsistencies you might find in a design file, making sure the job is done correctly. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage and maintain our Shopify store to increase revenue.Design and develop user interfaces for Shopify websites, using HTML5, CSS3, and Liquid, adhering to accessibility and browser compatibility standards.Utilize native HTML/CSS solutions whenever possible, minimizing reliance on JavaScript.Oversee and implement strategy for Upsells/Cross sells, post check out and reporting.Maximize AOV at checkout.Implement and manage seamless connections with platform APIs, Google, Klaviyo and other marketing platforms, and Shopify apps to optimize the store for peak efficiency and functionality.Work closely with back-end developers to ensure cohesive store functionality.Integrate and customize Shopify themes and apps to achieve desired functionality.Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the Shopify ecosystem.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize their CRO based split test concepts, measure, tweak and implement successful actions across other storefronts.Contribute to the optimization and performance of our theme's core framework for speed and user experience. Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues efficiently.• Work with marketing teams to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all digital platforms. This includes overseeing the creation and management of Shopify product listings, enhancing digital merchandising efforts, and implementing advanced SEO and UX/UI optimization strategies.• Provide strategic support and implement improvements to digital marketing efforts based on data analysis • Work with Sales & Ops team members across departments to ensure successful product launches and promotions on partner websites• Digitally merchandise to increase conversion using best-in-class techniques such as collection management, product recommendations, cross-sells, etc.• Manage listings throughout the product life cycle, including A/B testing. • Work with team to implement dynamic personalization features across all websites and eCommerce channels, staying on top of new Shopify releases and evolving eComm industry standards and best practices.• Support and help implement SEO optimization.• Manage daily, seasonal, and campaign-specific updates to site-wide. Support Product Launches, Gift Guides, Holidays, Flash Sales, and other campaigns. Conduct regular web health audits to ensure timely delivery of site updates, communicate new site needs, and initiate new action items based on site performance.• Work with marketing team to support email and SMS campaign activities designed to achieve D2C revenue goals through optimized landing pages Landing Page Design, development, and optimization. Work closely with our graphic designers to bring landing pages to life, ensuring they are not only visually appealing but also optimized for conversions.Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze the performance of website and landing pages, implementing new iterations for A/B testing to refine and enhance conversion rates. Report to Director of Marketing on weekly basis.Funnel Optimization: Evaluate the entire eCommerce funnel, identifying and executing opportunities for conversion rate improvements across the board.Qualifications:Proficient in front end Shopify UX/UI design. Strong understanding of front-and back-end development principles and best practices.You have an expert-level understanding of Shopify's Admin System, including shop creation, launch, and management.Can work effectively and proficiently with graphic designers and marketing team.Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Liquid, with a focus on clean and maintainable code.Experience with Shopify Apps and API development.Experience with Klaviyo, META, Google AnalyticsKnowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce.Experience with Shopify Theme OS 2.0 and its templating system.Experience working with GIT and GitHub for version control in a team environment.Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail.Can work effectively and proficiently with graphic designers and marketing team.You have proven experience building responsive layouts for mobile and web.You understand various Shopify plugins as well as different third-party services and APIs.You have strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.You are confident, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to contribute to a high-performing team.You have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.Passion for e-commerce and a deep understanding of user experience (UX).
