This role is crucial for upholding our reputation for quality and trustworthiness in the homebuilding industry.What You'll Do:with Vision: Guide the corporate accounting team, ensuring timely, accurate financial statements and reporting.and Implement: Oversee internal controls, preventing and detecting non-compliance, thereby safeguarding our company's integrity.Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to GAAP, conducting thorough financial statement reviews and policy development.Talent: Evaluate and coach team members, fostering an environment of continuous growth and learning.and Coordinate: Work closely with auditors on financial statements, policies, and licenses, and act as the primary liaison for division teams regarding financial reporting.Oversight: Ensure compliance with tax laws and licensing requirements, reinforcing our commitment to legal and ethical standards.What We're Looking For:Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. A CPA license is highly preferred.that Speaks Volumes: At least 4 years of experience in public accounting or the homebuilding industry.
