Run additional when requested.Run scheduled MVR's on all employees in a vehicle or with access to rental vehicles Training assistance Facilitate PPE fulfillment through the warehouse for new hiresOrder equipment for training as directed Procurement Work directly with Warehouse to ensure adequate supply to meet the needs of Service techniciansOrder PPE for warehouse to maintain agreed upon inventoryPlace Construction safety PPE orders as requested, fulfill common needs through warehouse.Maintain full PPE/T-shirt inventory spreadsheetMaintain inventory at T-shirt vendor warehouse and order as neededCreate PO's related to Safety costs using REMAMonitor exceptions from Accounts Payable and resolve What were looking for: Bachelors Degree; or 2 years of previous Administrative experience working in Safety, Human Resources or related disciplineProficiency in MS Office SuiteProblem solvingresolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfullyInterpersonal Skillsmaintains confidentiality, remains open to others ideas and exhibits willingness to try new thingsOral communicationspeaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetingsWritten Communicationedits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written informationPlanning/organizingprioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plansQuality controldemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure qualityAdaptabilityadapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected eventsDependabilityconsistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance Rogers is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes everyone to apply.
