We invite you to join us! We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect who will bring extensive experience delivering thoughtful, innovative design and planning work. They will help lead the market to diversify our portfolio and have an interest in multimarket business development with a focus on the public realm to create the future of site design and planning work. Responsibilities: Lead prime landscape architecture projects and collaborate across internal markets during other pursuits. Collaborate with the Project Executive team to identify and develop new business opportunities. Drive the preparation of large and strategic pursuit marketing proposals and presentations for targeted clients. Successfully negotiate and manage contracts. Actively nurture client relationships. Support strategic and tactical planning activities. Serve as a mentor for landscape architecture staff. Contribute to firm's stature by actively participating in leadership roles in the community and/or profess Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program. Minimum of 8 years' experience focused on a combination of public space, private development and master planning design projects. Proven track record of winning work and serving clients successful design and project implementations. Demonstrated success in business development and long-term client relationship management.
