JOB DESCRIPTION Job SummaryThe Virtual Design Construction (VDC) Sector Manager will manage a group of individuals in specific sectors ranging but not limited to water/wastewater, advanced technology, mining and/or power and aviation. This individual may also be the technical source of modeling information for various projects and must have a thorough knowledge of the construction documents, specification, and shop drawings within the sector. Reads and interprets owner requirements, BIM execution plans, front end scopes of work, and makes sure minimum project requirements and budgets are met.13. Supports and collaborates with VDC Division Manger to ensure general VDC services, deliverables, and schedules are maintained to meet project objectives.15. Supports and trains direct reports on modeling and providing documents necessary to complete scope as determined with VDC leadership and project teams.16. Supports and trains direct supports on creating and maintaining clear and effective project documentation; meeting agendas, meeting minutes, constraint logs and RFI process.17.
