Serve as the primary communication link between all parties, ensuring clear understanding of expectations and deliverables.Address and analyze software issues, assess impacts on system and business operations, and propose modifications based on a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.Utilize Power BI to develop insightful reports and visualizations that track project timelines, implementation progress, and other critical metrics.Oversee the documentation process and coordinate system testing to ensure that modifications meet quality standards.Design and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user competence and confidence in new and existing systems.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and best practices through ongoing professional development and network engagement.Collaborate with the Project Manager to guide and manage project teams, ensuring adherence to schedules and high standards of work quality.Qualifications:Experience in a Power BI Developer role / Business Analysis role, specifically within a SaaS environmentPower BI Admin, SQL, python experience requiredSnowflake experience preferredEducation:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field Type of Hire:Full-time, permanent position.
