Baer is looking for SAP S4 Chips New Product Introduction Analyst for a 18+ month project located in Santa Clara, CA. Title: SAP S4 Chips New Product Introduction Analyst Location: Remote and travel to Santa Clara Duration: 18 months Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted) Responsibilities: ?????Create detailed test scenarios and cases for new product introductions. Document and report test results, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accuracy. Design IT modifications and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze current business procedures and system practices. Analyze business requirements to construct detailed workflow charts and diagrams. Study system capabilities and write specifications to support the development of new programs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify root causes and implement solutions. Solve production issues promptly and efficiently. Analyze system logs to identify performance issues. Implement performance tuning measures to optimize system response times and overall performance. Design and configure the SAP system landscape, including system architecture, system profiles, transport management, and system monitoring. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of SAP S/4HANA systems. Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on chips manufacturing. Proven experience in new product introduction processes within SAP environments. Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and configuration. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to create detailed workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications. Experience in performance tuning and system monitoring. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: SAP S/4HANA certification. Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to chips manufacturing. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
