Establish and implement a training strategy and goals for the Human Trafficking Division2. Develop and continually update program training manuals and materials3. Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position2. Develop and present relevant training to Human Trafficking Interdiction personnel that meets agency, licensing and contract requirements and the individual needs of each staff3. Independently develop effective social work, safety, and other program-related training materials which can be reviewed, approved, and implemented with minimal revision4. Consistently provide and update training for OOG programs, community services and other stakeholders and funders5. Develop, plan and maintain adequate staff training opportunities that provide staff numerous opportunities for skills and knowledge development and including staff on evening and overnight shifts6. Responsible for staff training database that provides monthly and quarterly reports related to training and the impact of training on program practices and outcomes7. Responsible Human Trafficking Interdiction Division program personnel files, training records and training certifications.8. Develop professional relationships with other peers in the field, including private agencies and supporting agencies9. Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by position supervisor10. Implement BCFS HHS safety protocols in case of an emergency11. Participate in scheduled meetings and team decisions and operations12. Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations13.
