We are seeking a Lead SAP Functional Analyst (Transport Management) to play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and design of SAP TMS configurations and systems. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to leverage technical expertise, analytical prowess, and leadership skills while collaborating with internal stakeholders to devise innovative solutions.Responsibilities:Define the technical architecture and design for SAP S/4 HANA TMS, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Oversee software delivery, emphasizing continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.Document key processes and development milestones to facilitate effective project management.Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to inform decision-making.Develop and support enterprise architecture strategies, guiding principles, and standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to define systems scopes and objectives, integrating user needs and industry requirements.Lead the full development life cycle, from analysis of business needs to implementation and support.Maintain and update complex TMS configurations and program routines.Educate stakeholders on workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by TMS modules.Define, test, train, implement, and support functional areas within the TMS System or other ERP applications.Provide leadership to project teams, managing scope, risk, and resources effectively.Foster productive relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment with long-term IT strategy.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience.12+ years of relevant experience in configuring, deploying, and managing EWM solutions.5+ years of functional experience in SAP Transportation Management, including end-to-end implementations on S/4 HANA.Proficiency in SAP TM Master Data and processes such as OTR and DTR.Hands-on experience integrating SAP TM with other systems and third-party software.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and time-management abilities.Adaptability to dynamic work environments and changing timelines.Willingness to travel periodically to collaborate with teams and visit distribution centers.Preferred Skills:Experience with Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Agile methodology.Project management expertise.Knowledge of SAP LBN, ABAP Development, and Maxload integration.Nice-to-Have:SAP LBN hands-on experience, especially in Dock Appointment Scheduling.Familiarity with ABAP Development and debugging.Prior experience integrating TMS with Maxload.
