Participate in the evaluation and provision of training for campus constituencies. Develop and administer staff recognition and service award programs and events throughout the year. Establish, fulfill, and track diversity hiring goals, turnover, retention and termination data statistics.Essential Duties: Consult with hiring managers to identify and recruit a qualified, diversified workforce in all areas of the College and ensure the implementation and maintenance of a welcoming, respectful work environment.
