The Utility Operator will follow a housekeeping schedule to ensure that all areas are being cleaned on a routine basis. Document each time an area is completed on the schedule and move on to the next area. The Utility Operator is responsible for all areas being kept clean that are not directly related to an operator's work station (see Housekeeping Schedule). Accurately complete all paperwork according to EQMS and regulatory compliance. Communicate with Quality Program Supervisor (QPS) daily to ensure that desired levels of cleanliness are being met. Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis and examines production materials for processing. Operates all equipment and processes.
