In this role, you will have ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction. You will perform work on products and services of low complexity, specifically financial/ATM products and services.Day to Day: Driving to 6-8 customer locations per day with a circumference of 30miles in your locationWill be conducting installations, maintenance and repairs on Financial/ATM (first-line maintenance) equipment and other electromechanical equipment at various locations within an assigned territory/region. First line of defense working on paper jams/ receipt jams/ card jams and basically jams of any kind, they don't need any tools or equipment, they might assist with installation work, might assist with warehouse testing work (testing atm's to make sure they work), might have to re load software- if they see something wrong with the machine while there they can pass it along to the 2nd line technicianThere are 3 levels of customer engineers. This is the first line maintenance so the duties are not too complex. Provide continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.  SCOPE OF JOB TASKS: Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair. Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs. Plan repair work using building blueprints or equipment manual as needed. Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures. Performs routine maintenance on building systems. Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the facilities. Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. Follow shift assignments as given by the supervisor. Participate in mandatory staff training & meetings. Assist personnel and residents in establishing a home-like atmosphere. Assists in ensuring that equipment is used and maintained as designed.  Submit requests for repair and replacement when necessary. All other duties assigned. JOB SPECIFICATION: Education:   High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in CPR and First Aid within 30 days. Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language. Work Experience: Knowledge of basic carpentry and painting techniques. Related experience preferred. On-the-job training offered. Familiarity with general computer software and email systems. Qualifications: Must have a current Driver’s License. Two or more years’ experience in facility maintenance or other related fields.
