In this role, you will focus exclusively on creating customer-centered experiences that are novel, empathetic, and differentiated. We are building the next generation of products and want someone passionate about people, usability, and AI. Working in close partnership with service design, interaction design, brand systems, and user research, you will be responsible for designing conversational flows and system responses that push an ongoing transformation of our surfaces to deliver elegant, frictionless, and impactful conversational experiences that elevate our brand and service.
