You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining monitoring dashboards. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver up to date metrics, scalable data pipelines and visualization dashboards. This role requires fluency in bid data technologies, statistics, understanding of web application domain such as front-end and back-end, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, building pipelines in distributed systems, large scale data preprocessing, query languages such as SQL or PySpark, Python programming language and familiar with web application technologies such as React. Key job responsibilities• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and metric repositories.• Design, develop and maintain data intensive web applications and using a variety of technologies, including but not limited to Scala/SQL/PySpark, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Ruby, and Java.• Collaborate with other scientists to define key metrics.• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.• Implement automated monitoring measures for outlier detection.• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability and reliability. • Troubleshoot and debug issues, and propose solutions to ensure the performance, security, and usability of applications.• Profile and optimize code for performance; including identify and resolve bottlenecks in data pipelines.• Stay up to date and drive the implementation of distributed computing best practices.• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers as needed.• Work closely with science and engineering teams. How you will make an impact: Works with Data Science/Carelon Digital to develop Clinical Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for the Medical Management team. Leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop and implement solutions. Leverages clinical knowledge and experience to guide clinical Large Language Models (LLMs) applications. Optimizes procedures and processes for clinical AI development with the end goal of transforming the case review model. Works with end users to gather requirements, feedback, and solution enhancements. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: Healthcare experience strongly preferred. Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) strongly preferred.
