OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Director of Professional Development in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, design, implementation, and evaluation of succession development, training and professional development at Garmin. This role will provide substantial opportunity for both vision and execution in these areas and will partner with executives, leaders and HR Generalists to deliver comprehensive individual contributor, management and executive development through education, experiences and exposure.
