ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Utilizes various power system analysis tools to study expected transmission system performance with emphasis on steady-state thermal and voltage analysis.  Performs and reviews steady-state thermal/voltage analyses for new load interconnection requests.
