This role supports the lead partner and senior project manager with client interaction, project team coordination, contractor and schedule management, budget management, and other project-related activities.Key capabilities should include: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) Construction scheduling programs such as MS Projects, SmartsheetApplicants should have strong written and verbal communication skills and be prepared to be an active team participant for both internal and external tasks.What You'll Do: Assist with all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement and quality) at every project stage including pre-development, planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Prepare clear and actionable emails, updates, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and follow ups. Assist with production of all key project documents including invoice, schedule, budget, phasing, drawings, contracts, leases etc. from concept through completion and delivery. Manage and assist with interactions to anticipate partners' and clients' needs. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants. Review design drawings for general layout and high-level scope. Can navigate drawings and understand the tags, callouts, and drawing references.Maintain the project budget. Prepare an informed project budget for internal review. Produce complete invoices and requisitions for clients and lenders with all required documentation and organization.
