We need a team of highly skilled Facilities Engineers to manage the robust and diverse infrastructure and keep it all online 24x7x365.NIGHT SHIFT: 7pm ET to 7am ET (weekend work is required)A LOT ABOUT YOUWe're looking for a world-class, dedicated, and proactive Facilities Engineer to join our team at our Lockport, NY data center. You will be a key contributor on all things related to data center building operations. This includes cooling systems, all electrical distribution systems, fire/life safety systems, and auxiliary systems. You will be directly responsible for managing vendor relationships that support these systems for maintenance and repairs.We look for strong technical skills, dependability, and sense of ownership over the work you do. Previous experience working as a refrigeration mechanic HVAC or electrician in an industrial maintenance environment is required. This full-time position will be required to work nights and weekends.YOUR DAYOperate all data center facility equipment according to documented procedures. POSITION SUMMARY: This role is responsible for but not limited to routine preventative maintenance in controlling electrical machinery throughout the plant. Must be familiar with all aspects needed for the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems.REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform.
