JOB DESCRIPTION The Building Engineer performs the day-to-day operation and maintenance tasks of the facility and equipment to keep building assets at the highest degree of care, value, and reliability. Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing, or arranging for repairs of all building operating systems on the site and have experience in performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and overseeing repairs on all base building equipment, including but not limited to; HVAC, fire/life safety, security and emergency back-up systems.
