Manages facility construction and facility modification projects at facilities the Americas region, from conceptual planning, through the design development process, to completion and close-out. Experience leading the design, construction, commissioning of Mechanical systems such as HVAC, Compressed Air, Emergency Power Generation, Wastewater treatment plant, among others in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret construction design drawings. Teamwork oriented with good interpersonal relations, positive attitude, and work ethics that reflect the mission, philosophy, and goals of the company. OSHA 30 Hour construction safety certification or equivalent expertise managing jobsite safety. This role will also serve as the SME for EHS&S information analytics and metrics reporting.This position reports to the Global EHS Director - Systems & Services and works with other functional SMEs across the company on the development, implementation, and verification of environmental standards and systems. A Day in the Life The Senior Global EHS Program Manager - Systems position: Maintains enterprise wide EHS&S data management Systems as Central Administrator. This includes implementation at corporate, business unit and user levels. Provides training to all company users on those systems and provides support and executes continuous improvement analysis and activities to ensure ongoing excellence of the platform(s). Designs, implements, and leads enterprise systems and activities for EHS&S performance metrics, provide reporting (internal and external), and perform analysis by leading assigned analytics systems and resources. Provides technical end-user support for the company on EHS&S data management issues and troubleshooting solutions. Leads the development and implementation of information sharing platforms (EHS SharePoint, MS Teams groups, Power BI, etc.). Ability to travel globally up to 25% of the time. Nice to Have: Priority will be given to applicants who have education, experience, and/or certifications in the following areas: 5 years project management experience including strong influence management.
