ROLE DESCRIPTION The Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master is a project manager role focused on successful management of OneOme solutions and services related to customer integrations, implementations and internal Business and IT projects. The successful candidate will work as a subject matter expert in project management, scope definition, risk identification and resource allocation. The candidate will be a facilitative leader and liaison among stakeholders and IT resources, chief communicator, and guide to implementation efforts. The position requires a mixture of business and IT process understanding and project management; with the ability to address project roadblocks and escalate appropriately. Expected to lead, guide, mentor, and/or direct the work of other team members, subject matter experts, business analysts, clinical, technical and software development resources during the implementation life cycle. The position will partner with various cross-functional teams, employing a hybrid delivery mode that brings together best practices from Waterfall, Iterative, Agile Scrum and Agile Kanban methodologies to deliver internal and external customer success.
