Coordinate and monitor leave of absence programs including parental leave, FMLA, short/long term disability and the workers compensation program. Ensure leave eligibility and appropriate return to work.Coordinate various employee events, recognition activities and surveysDevelop/source, present and track various training programs.Participate in reviewing, developing and updating employee communications, policies, handbook and various plan documents.
